SCHINDLER’S LIST was another highlight, with Benefit Premieres taking place around the world for Holocaust museums. The tour ended in Washington, D.C., with a salute to all the living ‘Schindler Survivors’ and their families. The World Premiere was hosted by Justice Ginsburg at the U.S. Holocaust Museum with President and Hillary Clinton in attendance.

SCHINDLER’S LIST made its world premiere in D.C. on Nov. 30, 1993. Director Steven Spielberg was in attendance that night in the nation’s capital, while earlier that day, Oskar Schindler’s widow, Emilie Schindler, received a commemorative medal from the late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
